Gyrinocheilus aymonieri, or Chinese Algae Eater, is a fish species native to Thailand, Vietnam, and Camboja. It is about 5 to 12 inches in size and requires a tank size of about 30 to 50 gallons with a sand or gravel substrate. This ultraviolet-vision fish has an elongated body with solid, spotted, and striped patterns.
